We are seeking a new talent to join the Service Delivery team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project ATCM - M&O. Responsibilities: As a Service Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. Your day-to-day activities will include coordinating projects through contract management and shared service coordination, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in service delivery. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and service management practices. Drive incident and outage management processes to ensure timely resolution. Monitor systems and trends to identify areas for performance improvement. Facilitate the acceptance of changes to production environments. Operate information technology production services in alignment with established protocols. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements to maintain service quality. HERE&aposS WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow Incident Management. A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills specially in Oil & Gas. Bachelor&aposs Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in Problem Management. Intermediate proficiency in ServiceNow Change Management.
