- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or others) and MS Excel
- Good understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Handle full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budget preparation and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines (e.g., SST, income tax, audit)
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Support other finance-related tasks as required
