
General Manager - Basic up to RM20k

- Manage and supervise daily operations of 3-4 banquet restaurant outlets, ensuring consistency in service quality, food standards, and customer satisfaction
- Lead outlet managers and support teams to achieve operational KPIs
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with Head Chefs to ensure synergy between kitchen and front-of-house operations
- Take full ownership of the P&L for each outlet and monitor sales, costs, and profitability
- Implement strategies to improve financial performance and manage budgets effectively
- Recruit, train, and mentor management and operational staff
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance
- Ensure that all outlets maintain high standards in service delivery, food quality, cleanliness, and ambiance, in line with brand expectations
- Work with the MD on business development initiatives, including marketing campaigns, special events, and outlet performance improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations at all outlets
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in the F&B industry, preferably with Chinese or banquet restaurant experience
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L across multiple outlets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (preferred due to business and kitchen communication)
- Ability to travel between outlets and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
