Job Responsibility Report to Clinic Manager or Director Provide receptionist duties at front counter Apply patient care and excellent customer service Prepare and dispense medication Assist doctors during consultation and aesthetic procedures Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into clinic management software Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties Perform other duties as assigned by the management (e.g marketing, promotional campaign on social media) Job Requirements Finesse Aesthetic Clinic specializes in health, medical and beauty.
