What You Will Do: To assist and support the monitoring of SLA Governance for Finance Outsourcing. Ensuring regular updates/reports from Finance function leads and the services delivery are in line with the agreed Scope of Work and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Escalate any gaps/ deviations for discussion with relevant teams to develop alternative action plans and ensure monitoring and tracking of action plans. Accounting and Financial Reporting Services. Assist in reviewing all reports and templates including reports to regulators, management and Group (monthly and quarterly reports). Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial result report to Management Committee and Management Risk Management Committee Assist in submission of Audit Committee (AC) and Board of Director (BOD) paper(s) for Finance related matters. Participate and assist in the Insurance and Takaful System Redevelopment (ITSR) project. Bank Reconciliation & Debtors' Aging. Monitor bank reconciliation and debtors' aging status. To assist in performing Outsourcing annual review evaluation. Strategy Business Planning. Assist in the Strat Plan process for the year. Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by superior to meet operational and/or other requirements. What You Will Need: Education: Degree holder in Finance and/or Accounting. Experience: Over 2 years relevant experience in Banking/ Insurance/ Big-4 consulting firm. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
