Principle Duties & Responsibilities The key responsibility is to generate and achieve sales target and grow asset under management from existing and new funds by penetrating into key IUTAs and CUTA platforms. To assist the Head of Partnership & Digital Distribution to grow the business by positioning products and manage the relationship with the said channel. He or She will also implement and oversee end-to-end marketing responsibilities and actively engaged all IUTAs and CUTAs to ensure all sales development initiatives and programs are executed, adopted and practiced consistently by sales staff on the ground. Constantly look out for unique product ideas to complement the product shelve of the IUTA and CUTA by closely engaging with the channel. Actively implementing new product ideas to IUTA and CUTA from HQ perspective down to extensive branch&aposs sales team. This includes generating investment ideas for all channels based on market developments. Thus, creating necessary content to support sales & marketing campaign/ activities at the same time. To assist the Head of Partnership & Digital Distribution in implementing training and coaching framework to support the development of the sales team. This includes develop and providing on-going training to enhance skills and knowledge of the company products/ services to the sales team. He or She will also work closely with other relevant HODs in developing Training Kit/ Sales Tools for existing and new funds in relation to this channel. JOB SPECIFICATIONS To assist to forge profitable relationship with IUTAs and broaden account relationship. To establish good rapport with the respective sales & frontliners of the IUTAs and CUTAs. To ensure effective implementation of any sales initiatives from Head Office and to supervise and monitor the effectiveness of the said programs in meeting KPI. To assist to develop and to implement various campaigns and incentive programs, sales tools for distribution channel staff to actively engage their customer effectively. To monitor and ensure the sufficient sales support to the financial institutions frontliners. To assist the Head of Partnership & Digital Distribution in conducting funds briefing and market outlook and to resolve any issues or queries that arise from the distributor. To ensure effective communication of any enhance or new implementation of policy. To assist to plan, manage and coordinate sales related activities. To assist in development and execution of existing/ new products to distribution channels. To align all initiatives to achieve company's high conviction sales strategies. To consistently be on the lookout for new ideas and opportunities in growing the business in this channel. To provide market intelligence to formulate effective sales strategies to address market competition. To ensure compliance whilst marketing all funds to business partners at all business levels. Able to travel for sales & marketing activities/ initiatives. To assume and perform other duties and responsibilities as required. Qualification Preferably a degree or equivalent in Business/ Marketing/ Economics/ Finance/ Statistics. Experience At least 5-7 years of experience preferably in the Fund Management / Sales & Marketing Environment. Experienced in dealing with banks in selling of unit trusts funds will be required. Preferably with experience in dealing and managing sales teams and/or other distribution channels. Knowledge Familiar with financial and capital markets Exhibit strong analytical prowess, problem-solving skills and resourcefulness Demonstrates good interpersonal abilities and effective communication skills Good time management skills Proficient in written communcitaion in English and Malay/Mandarin Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, adept at handling and arranging large datasets using pivot tables, charting tools and more. Experience in Bloomberg & Lipper is an added advantage Qualities Desired Comprehensive knowledge of investment products & sales are preferred. Proactive, organized and resourceful.
