This role is responsible to manage the customer orders for APAC region.

Handle data entry via SAP and oversee the management of order details and contracts
Address inquiries related to customer orders through email, phone etc
Work with other teams such as accounting, engineering, etc., to meet clients' requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
Fluent in English as you are required to deal with regional stakeholders.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage as it will enable you to support Mandarin-speaking customers effectively.
