Job Overview: The Assistant HR Manager oversees and leads Malaysia&aposs HR functions while supporting the Regional HR Manager in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance reviews, and HR compliance. The role includes maintaining records, administering benefits, organizing training and engagement activities, and handling employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality. Job Responsibilities: Support the Regional Manager in end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, probation review, performance management, employee relations, and exit procedures. Prepare and maintain HR reports, manage payroll and statutory matters, and administer employee compensation and benefits in compliance with legal requirements. Keep staff records accurate and updated, and oversee daily administrative operations. Plan and coordinate training programs, employee engagement activities, and satisfaction surveys, providing recommendations for improvements. Address employee HR policy queries, handle grievances professionally, and maintain confidentiality in all matters. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the Regional Manager. What We're Looking For: Minimum 5 years of experience in General HR and Recruitment. Well organised and creative problem solver . Bachelor&aposs degree or above .
