The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment process. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Assist in job postings and sourcing candidates through various channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. (Stake holder management) Maintain and update candidate records. Support employer branding initiatives and career events. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Campus drive initiative / Internship drive Graduate Trainee Management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of recruitment, from agency background. Global hiring would be added advantage. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Pleasant, tactful and able to deal with people at all level.
