- Understand and address customers' needs, complaints, queries and requests.
- Answer incoming calls from customers (if needed)
- Process orders and transactions
- Provide after sales service
- Collect, analyze and summarize data
- Take part in new product development
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve service delivery
