
ST Fact Finder & Commissioning Engineer

- Conducts turbine component inspections and provides customer recommendations based on technical specifications.
- Performs on-site installation, maintenance, repairs, and calibration, including solving and guiding site teams and customers.
- Supports commissioning activities, coordinates with supervisors, implements design changes, and updates project documentation.
- Contributes to process and system design improvements, participates in review meetings, and provides input on commissioning tasks.
- Implements turbine commissioning during COLD and HOT phases, tests components, verifies interlocks, and compiles quality reports.
- Identifies and resolves technical or schedule issues, advances sophisticated problems, adheres to Quality and HSE standards, and supports specialized tasks as part of a team or independently.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering; fresh graduates welcome, with relevant work experience as a plus.
- Basic understanding of technical equipment and ability to work with user documentation.
- Skills in mechanical maintenance of power generation or Oil & Gas equipment, with willingness to work hands-on in ambitious conditions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with additional IT skills as an advantage.
- Familiarity with Siemens Energy Large Steam Turbines or other OEM operations, maintenance, and vibration diagnostics is beneficial.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently, travel internationally on short notice, and adapt to flexible hours while meeting quality and HSE standards.
