An exciting Head, Integrity & Compliance opportunity for a market leader in the industry.As this role is essential to the organization, it is vital candidate comes with a track record of delivery and proven experience. Among the many responsibilities are listed below:Key Responsibilities:

Management and implementation of Whistleblowing Policy & its processes.
Adequate Procedures of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission ("MACC") Act initiative champion.
Custodian and coordinator of the company and managed entities Anti-Bribery and Corruption ("ABC") Plans.
Coordinate Corruption Risk Profile development (owner at Corporate level) and related documents.
Designated company's Compliance & Integrity Officer - matters relating to corporate integrity rating including provision of data to the MACC.
Twice a year Integrity Unit (IGU) reporting.
Organise Integrity communication, training and awareness initiatives.
Development and review of Compliance Policies and Procedure.
Conduct compliance gap analysis and review programmes.
Documents' review (Standard Operating Procedures ["SOPs"], Policies, Frameworks, Manuals, etc.).
Manage any engagement with regulatory authorities and other external or internal parties.
Collaborate with Risk and Audit departments to identify key compliance risk areas and address the gaps.
Organise compliance communication, training and awareness initiatives.
Provide advice to stakeholders and others when required.

Market Leader|Exciting OpportunityThe ideal Head, Integrity & Compliance will be confident in leading from the front and be responsible for the growth of the company and must possess the below requirements;Key Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a banking/business, accounting/finance or law.
Minimum 10 years working experience in a Compliance or/and Integrity role.
Experience in developing and operationalising Compliance or/and Integrity policies and initiatives.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Effective negotiation skills, assertive yet mature.
Possess (or currently pursuing) Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) an added advantage
Work experience in Risk Management, Audit, and/or Integrity field.
Knowledge in risk concepts, frameworks, and regulations, coupled with experience in risk management covering business and operational areas.
