Responsibilities: Purchase Oil Palm Fruit (FFB) to make full use of the production capacity of the mills. Purchase FFB from suppliers within budget and satisfactory quality. Communicate and solve any supply issues with suppliers. Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant parties on FFB Purchasing processes/activities. Constant review on cost reduction activities. Negotiate contracts with suppliers; improve prices and business conditions to review business opportunities. Job Requirement: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Management/Business/Marketing/Accounting or equivalent. At least 5 - 8 years of working experience in plantation, procurement and marketing. Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and suppliers.
