- A strong educational background in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing and implementing cybersecurity frameworks.
- Experience in leading teams and fostering collaboration within the technology department.
- Proficiency in tools and technologies related to cybersecurity, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM.
- A solid understanding of industrial/manufacturing sector-specific security challenges.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly regarded.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
