  • Responsible for the installation, commissioning, technical training, maintenance and upgrading of automation equipment, timely understand the receipt and collection of customer feedback information and report the implementation of improvement plans and solution
  • Responsible to direct docking with customers, good language communication skills and patience, seriously treat customer technical service work, careful, summarize and find on-site problems and problems to deal with the work alone, take the initiative to share and communicate with the team
  • Responsible for coordinating the technical after-sales service of the machine; Proficient in the application of office tools software, according to the technical characteristics of the product to produce training courses, the customer organization and technical training; Editing and proofreading machine manuals.
  • Analyze and summarize the causes of equipment failure, implement the implementation of improvement programs, and be responsible for customers and companies
  • Maintain continuous system operation by adjusting, repairing, replacing, or modifying automation/robotic system components
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and components and return to serviceability
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance actions on all subsystems and related components
  • Ensure preventative maintenance of robotic and process support equipment are completed on a regularly scheduled basis.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams including complex automated system drawings.
  • Analyzes engineering test results and implements changes to resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with the automation team in the qualification process of automated systems.
  • Records procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations for changes in product or method.
  • Maintains software, documentation and equipment to the latest revision or operational specifications.
  • Assists engineers in developing and designing hardware and software required for all automation solutions per specifications.
  • Trains other technicians and operators on products, processes, and equipment.
  • Proper use of power tools and measuring equipment
  • Strong awareness of safety

  • Other works assigned by leadership
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Automation Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in working with industrial automation applications (mechanical, electrical, software, PLC (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi AB etc.)
  • Proven practical experience in the maintenance of automation or industrial equipment
  • Good communication skills with customer and co-worker.
  • Knowledge in Vision configuration and application
  • Knowledge in Robotics operation: Yamaha, Fanuc, Epson, Kuka, Denso, Nachi, others
  • Honest, highly responsible, professional, and self-initiative, able to work under pressure
  • Willing to travel
