- Support the development, implementation, and updating of HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistent application across departments.
- Assist in managing compensation and benefits frameworks, including internal allowance programs and external market benchmarking.
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process - job design, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding - in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Provide support in handling employee relations matters, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary cases.
- Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities; gather feedback to enhance the employee experience.
- Offer day-to-day administrative and operational HR support including HRIS updates, employee records maintenance, and report preparation.
- Participate in HR-related projects such as digital transformation, policy reviews, and process improvements alongside cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proactive, result-driven team player with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across functions and levels.
- High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general HR systems.
