Position Summary We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Data Analytics for the Legal Industry is looking for a Senior Recruiter (6-month contract) to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor to work onsite. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and be involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum successful output Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline and actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools Be a 'recruitment best practice' champion into the business and support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks Maintain critical metrics and provide the highest data integrity within reporting Professional Experience Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organisation Prior experience in hiring for Legal or Corporate Function (including legal) roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, IT Literate with MS Office suite Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation and high-performance working Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches as well as working with an ATS Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment Shown team working capability, stakeholder management and networking skills Ability to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects Able to commute to the office in Petaling Jaya at least 3 times a week (2x WFH) This is a rare opportunity to become part of a high performing and growing team.
