This is an excellent opportunity for a Contract Manager to take on a permanent role in the infrastructure industry. The position requires expertise in contract management, legal acumen, and the ability to handle complex agreements with precision.Provide support in reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts, agreements, and related commercial documentation.Assist throughout the entire contract lifecycle, including compliance checks during the bidding phase, drafting contract terms, securing management approvals, and delivering ongoing contractual support during project execution, such as handling contract variations.Collaborate with internal teams-Legal, Finance, and Operations-to gather necessary information for contract drafting and risk evaluation.Engage in meetings with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate negotiations, clarify contract details, and coordinate contractual activities.Maintain and update contract and billing tracking systems (e.g., NetSuite), overseeing deliverables, billing schedules, variation changes, and payment conditions.Monitor payment progress, track billing milestone deadlines, and ensure timely invoicing and collections.Support the preparation of commercial quotations, presentation materials, and summary reports for both internal and external audiences.Assist with contract close-out and handover procedures, ensuring all contractual obligations are fully documented and communicated to relevant project teams.Drive improvements in processes by optimizing workflows, automating tracking systems, and enhancing contract compliance and risk assessment procedures.Market Leader Presence in various jurisdictionsA successful Contract Manager should have:
  • A degree in Law or a related field with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in contract management within the infrastructure, industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of legal principles and contract law.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in contract management software is an advantage.
