Chemist (Kamunting)

• Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering.
• 1-2 years working practice in related field. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• expertise of laboratory analytical instrumentation and procedure.
• Must not be Color Blind and must have good color judgement.
• expertiseable in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standard requirements.
• Able to do process / product development and be well verse in root cause and analysis.
• Able to work independently, have a pleasant personality and self-motivated.

• Research and development of new formulation/product.
• To improve the quality of the existing products and carry out corrective action on product complaint.
• practiccapability studies on new or recommended raw materials.
• In charge of the inspection of incoming raw materials and quality assurance of finished products.
• Coordinate and ensure continuing compliance of SIRIM MS Standard.
• Carry out investigation on competitors' product and product complaint.
• Prepare analysis report on the product conformance and others related to the product quality.
• In charge of the raw material specifications, certificate of analysis (COA) and material safety data sheet (MSDS).
• To ensure proper filing of all the documents in the QA, QC and R&D laboratory.
• Calibration, safeguard and ensure proper maintenance and use of laboratory equipments.
• To ensure proper housekeeping and safety measure are taken in the laboratory.
• Monitoring on all activities in the QA, QC and R&D laboratory to ensure proper and correct procedures are followed and within specification.
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of QEMS documents for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standard requirements.
• Carry out any other responsibilities delegated by the R&D/QA Manager and above.
