- Oversee and manage all food, beverage, and operational costs
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly cost control reports
- Perform regular inventory audits and address any discrepancies
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, and receiving reports against actual goods delivered
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and budgetary guidelines
- Collaborate with purchasing, kitchen, and storage teams to minimize waste and prevent theft
- Analyze consumption trends and propose cost-reduction initiatives
- Assist in menu pricing and cost analysis
- Ensure proper procedures for storage, issuing, and receiving are consistently followed
- Support the finance team during audits and end-of-month financial closingsQualifications
- College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant and Banquet operation
- Passion for leadership and teamwork
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
- Excellent guest service skills
