Job Scope:
  • Manage the complete set of accounts, covering Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Inventory & Costing, and General Ledger (GL).
  • Review and prepare monthly financial and management reports, including variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements in line with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Handle annual tax calculations, liaise with tax consultants, and ensure compliance with local tax legislation.
  • Prepare and maintain transfer pricing files to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to support operations and business expansion.
  • Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and maintain compliance.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies on statutory audits and compliance matters.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for business planning and decision-making.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a recognized professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA, or equivalent).
  • 58 years of relevant working experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position (manufacturing background is an advantage).
  • Solid knowledge of full set of accounts, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Practical experience in management reporting, financial statements, taxation, and transfer pricing documentation.
  • Well-versed in local tax regulations, statutory audit processes, and accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and support decision-making.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities, working independently, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and committed to high standards of integrity.
