Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time ESL Teacher to deliver high-quality English lessons to students of varying ages and levels. The teacher will focus on developing communication skills, academic English, and exam preparation. Plan and deliver engaging English lessons (Beginner to Advanced). Teach General English, Intensive English, and exam preparation (TOEFL/IELTS/SAT). Track student attendance, progress, and performance. Provide constructive feedback and monthly progress reports. Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment. Collaborate with other teachers and staff. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related field. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (or equivalent). 1-2 years of ESL teaching experience preferred. Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity. Professional, punctual, and passionate about teaching. Preferred: Experience teaching TOEFL, IELTS, or SAT.
