This roadmap addresses any necessary remediations while also outlining the longer-term operating model and platform strategy. This role will be divided into two phases. Initially, this role will focus on actively contributing to developing and implementing this roadmap, ensuring alignment with our organisational objectives and best practices in payroll management.
