- Oversee day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to design and update menus, balancing creativity, profitability, and market trends.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor food and beverage costs, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B staff, ensuring high performance, professionalism, and service excellence.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by monitoring service standards, responding to feedback, and ensuring prompt resolution of complaints.
- Oversee stock control, purchasing, and supplier negotiations to ensure consistent availability of high-quality products.
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotions, special events, and campaigns to boost revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, liquor licensing laws, and workplace safety requirements.
- Prepare and present operational reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans to senior management.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, cost control, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Proficient in F&B management systems and MS Office applications.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.
