- Diploma/Degree In Supply Chain / Logistics / Administration / Business Study Or Relevant
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- 1-2 years of related working experience
- Fresh graduates with outstanding academic results and strong interest are welcome to apply
- Plan, execute and review company supply chain operations.
- Work with production to plan raw material purchases and ensure timely receiving of materials and services.
- Raise PO for raw materials and services.
- Prepare and process full spectrums of internal and external shipping documents.
- Register new raw materials into SST system and prepare appointed letter to supplier accordingly.
- Negotiate price, drive improvement in suppliers' service, and evaluate viable sources of supply to optimize cost.
- Involve in product costing, expenditure analysis, profit & loss analysis, & etc.
- Provide sales support by raising quotation and follow up of payments.
- Establish a productive working relationship with various suppliers and customers.
- Assist in Finance & administration activities.
- Maintain proper filing system / records.
- Yearly Increment & Bonus based on individual and company performance
