We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.The role is a critical role in managing Claims projects for both products roll out and claims transformation, system and technical support, along with Claims Management Information.Roles & Responsibilities:Proactively conducting research and analysis of operational effectiveness, processes etc. Outcome of research and analysis is used to optimized claims processing including reducing TAT, minimized errors and increase quality assessment. Drive automation and digitization of claims processes to improve turnaround time and customer experience.Supporting and guiding senior management for decision-making processes such. For example claims trend study based on customer demographics, service provider etc.Aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy. Conduct in-depth analysis and use technology to improved productivity and maintain optimal resource utilization.Responsible in overall dept. system related enhancement, UAT, product development and staff access, Lead end-to-end delivery of claims-related projects.Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Responsible in deployment of product launching and system development to ensure all BR and UAT are executed accordingly for claim operational. Responsible on all system enhancement and operational efficiency not limited to claims operation only. Work with your team to ensure all UAT project are implemented per timeline.PIC for Record, statistics or analysis in relation to the simple or comprehensive specific/routine to HOD and Management’s submission either weekly, monthly or quarterly & etc.Responsible in projects organized by Department or Company and complete the projects within the timeline. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Health Strategy, and others.Obtain claims authority to effective monitoring and review of work processes from technical to system and Business processes to provide effective and efficient operations transformation of the section with accurate and consistent result. And to implement improvements where appropriate as desired.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT or related fields.Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, analysis and related tools.Good computer skill and knowledge.Strong knowledge of health and life insurance products, claims adjudication, and regulatory frameworks.Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.Self-driven, able to work in tight datelines and flexible.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
