The firm currently consists of 4 partners, 8 legal associates and 20 other paralegal supporting staff. As we progress, we also take advantage of the advancement in technology to monitor and manage the risks for all our cases and projects.The RoleResponsibilities:
  • Managing the front office reception area.
  • Greet and welcome visitors / clients in a proffesional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all essential stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, etc)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • To monitor and record incoming and outgoing couriers/ parcels/ documents.
  • Manage office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • To provide general administrative support and to perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Receptionist role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excel in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
  • Punctual, professional attitude and appearance.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Exemplary organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
