- Managing the front office reception area.
- Greet and welcome visitors / clients in a proffesional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all essential stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, etc)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- To monitor and record incoming and outgoing couriers/ parcels/ documents.
- Manage office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- To provide general administrative support and to perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Receptionist role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excel in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
- Punctual, professional attitude and appearance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Exemplary organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- Additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
