- Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)
- Manage accounting, auditing, taxation and financing for the Company.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company and oversee the Finance Department.
- Plan and coordinate all activities related to finance and administrative tasks such as financial reporting, budget preparation, etc., to ensure it is functioning smoothly and efficiently.
- Establish the financial policies of the Company and review the costing system of the inventory.
- Oversee cashflow management of the Company, to monitor payment and collection schedules to achieve efficiency in the cash management system.
- Timely liaise with External Auditors, Tax Agents, Bankers, Company Secretaries and Statutory Department for related matters.
- Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial, statutory, audit and tax reporting/requirements.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or a Professional qualification, e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA.
- At least 5 Years of audit working experience in one of the reputable audit firms and/or at least 5 Years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates who possess sound knowledge of manufacturing financial operations will have an added advantage.
- Familiar with Accounting Software.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills to communicate confidently, effectively and diplomatically at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Good written and verbal skills in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
