Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in the field of Accounting/Finance/Economics located in Cheras. The candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses, developing curriculum, conducting research, and overseeing student projects. Additional responsibilities include providing academic advising, contributing to accreditation processes, participating in departmental meetings, and engaging in continuous professional development. Qualifications and Requirements: A Ph.D. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field. Strong subject-matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: Accounting, Finance, Economics. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver academic curricula aligned with current industry and academic standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven research track record with publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals. Active involvement in research activities, with the ability to attract research funding and lead or collaborate on research projects. Prior university-level teaching experience is an advantage. Ability to supervise postgraduate research students. Willingness to contribute to academic administration, programme development, and collaborative initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse academic environment.
