- Input financial transactions into accounting software
- Maintain and update accounting records, files, and documentation
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist in monitoring outstanding payments and follow up with clients
- Process supplier invoices and staff claims
- Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in bank reconciliations and daily cash flow tracking
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
