- You will focus on customer acquisition and exposes you to business owners and entrepreneurs across multiple industry sectors.
- Ample training and guidance will be given to hone your client engagement and selling skills.
- Resource allocation and Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with other departments.
- Candidates with 1 year of sales experience preferred - SME sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of operations. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, or a related financial institution is highly valuable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other essential software tools is considered an added advantage, assuming a baseline level of computer literacy.
- Experienced in supervising a team of staff for goals set will be added advantage
- Highly self-motivated, Strong interpersonal and Communication skills.
