- Manage multiple projects to ensure deliverables and timelines of projects are met.
- Perform the following tasks: requirements gathering, functional design, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, installation, and training.
- Perform the full technical configuration required for the deployment of our solutions.
- Collaborate frequently with the project team to ensure the successful implementation of the solutions.
- Proactively mitigate project issues and risks
- Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Provide telephone and/or Web based technical support for Kofax products
- Take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution and provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via phone, web, and email and other support channels as required.

- Min 2 years of experience equivalent to Consultation work in the tech space
- Independent and able to solve problems on the go
