Your Role Our client a car service ecommerce platform is seeking a content-driven, performance-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand growth across TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, and offline channels. You will build a content-led, performance-driven marketing engine that turns creators into trust, and storytelling into sales. This role involves managing a team of 10 across content, influencers, paid media, CRM, and growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Content-Driven Growth Strategy Develop and lead the end-to-end content marketing strategy, including monthly content themes, scripting direction, publishing cadence, and content pillars. Design and innovate short-form video and live-stream formats tailored for TikTok, Shopee Live, and other social platforms. Convert high-performing content into scalable growth assets such as ads, promotions, and user-generated reviews. 2. KOL Strategy & Influencer Management Architect a tiered influencer strategy (S-tier for brand awareness, M-tier for engagement, K-tier for conversions). Lead influencer negotiations, script development, onboarding, and performance tracking. Manage influencer ROI and ensure alignment with campaign objectives across all collaboration tiers. 3. Social Media & Distribution Oversight Oversee content publishing strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Shopee Live. Define and maintain a consistent brand tone across channels to optimize engagement and follower growth. Partner with the paid media team to amplify top-performing organic content through targeted ad spend. 4. CRM & Retention Collaboration Work closely with CRM and WhatsApp teams to design lifecycle-based messaging flows. Develop campaigns to drive user engagement, retention, and referral programs. Create testimonial-driven and educational content that fosters brand trust and loyalty. 5. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment Lead and mentor a team across content production, influencer relations, eCommerce integration, social media, and analytics. Establish SOPs, creative templates, review workflows, and KPI dashboards for team-wide alignment. Collaborate with eCommerce, performance marketing, workshop operations, and customer service teams to ensure content efforts drive measurable business outcomes. What We're Looking For Preferable to have 5+ years in marketing/brand roles, with 2+ years leading multi-channel or DTC campaigns . Strong knowledge of TikTok, Shopee, and Xiaohongshu content dynamics. Experience working with influencers, content creators, and creative teams.
