Post : SME Sales Manager Location : Penang (Seberang Perai) Job Responsibilities:- Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies and lending guidelines for Small Medium Enterprises (SME) businesses for the Bank Identify new opportunities and awareness on the latest market and industry developments/trends as to increase revenues/loans growth of the Bank Manage and grow SME businesses, i.e. SME Loans - Assets & Others, SME in Box Sales, Referrals, Forex Income, SME Deposits - CASA/FD & acquire new and existing banking relationship with the Customers Lead & guide SME Relationship Manager to ensure effective co-ordination and drive cross-selling activities Job Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any related field At least 5 years' experience in all aspects of SME Banking related with strong marketing & business acumen Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently Possess leadership abilities, aggressive and results-oriented Excellent planning, organization and time managements skills with strong follow through abilities Knowledge in SME Segment would be an added advantage
