Job Summary: We are looking for a PMO/PMA Team Lead to oversee and coordinate project management office activities, with a focus on demand management, recruitment process oversight, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage end-to-end demand fulfillment, resource coordination, and reporting for internal and client-facing projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize resource demands across projects. Assess candidate CVs for suitability and alignment with requirements. Liaise with agencies, candidates (CDD), and hiring managers (HM) for clarifications. Shortlist and send qualified profiles to hiring managers and relevant teams (RT). Coordinate interview scheduling and backfill arrangements when required. Follow up on interview feedbacks and escalate or clarify ambiguous responses. Reassess unsuccessful candidates for potential fit in other open demands. Conduct weekly cadence meetings with agencies, Talent Acquisition (TA) teams, and practice leads. Participate in daily cadence calls with the Allianz team. Negotiate CDD acceptances with hiring managers, assisted by practice leads. Collaborate with TA for CDD negotiations and closure. Prepare and maintain accurate reports on demand fulfillment, recruitment status, and project updates. Lead and manage the PMO/PMA team to ensure timely delivery of commitments. Foster effective client and stakeholder relationships. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in demand management and recruitment coordination . Strong understanding of CV screening and candidate evaluation processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and clients. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight timelines. Strong reporting and documentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint, project tracking tools). Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a PMO or program management environment. Familiarity with Allianz processes (added advantage). Exposure to project/resource management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
