- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of the branch targets.
- Focus on the walk-in customers and tap into the banks database to promote banking products (Bancassurance) to the clients.
- Conduct fact finding, need analysis for clients and ensure prompt advice and solutions are offered to clients.
- Deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service.
- Disciplined tracking of all sales activities
- Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
- Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential prospects for sales
- Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
- Build business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up-selling activities
- Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline with extensive Sales working experience. SPM holders with extensive Sales Background are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience with proven results.
- Open for banking/non-financial industry candidates.
- Fresh Graduate are encouraging to apply.
- Strong interest in financial planning and investment, and passionate about sales
- Possess proven track sales record.
- Experience in sales and customer service would be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess own transportation and prepared to travel as and when required.
