Senior E-Commerce Executive

• Possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication / Creative Multimedia / or equivalent.
• At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin. Good command in written English is highly welcomed.
• Required skill(s): E-Commerce management, Adobe Illustrator& Photoshop, Microsoft.
• Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized and excellent time management skills.

• Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
• Ensure quick implementation or termination of eCommerce campaigns based on performance tracking. Work closely with the marketing teams in developing, implementing, and optimizing eCommerce ads, campaigns and calendar. Keep updated with eCommerce and digital acquisition trends.
• Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
• Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
• Monitor, provide improvement and highlight area of concern from E-platform that we are engaging. (such as Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok Etc.)
• Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Perform checking and posting on intercompany billing transactions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Superior.
