Facilitate business decision-making, strategic planning, leadership meetings, and broader communications.Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring that action items are followed up and completed.Manage the Chairman's calendar and schedule meetings. Host internal meetings, taking comprehensive notes of discussions.Follow up on strategic team meetings and project progress. Drive stakeholder reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.Prepare memos and communications content for internal / external audiencesProvide support on various ad hoc and administrative tasks as needed.Shadow the Chairman in meetings, gradually taking on tasks to improve efficiency when the Chairman's time is limited.Gain a comprehensive understanding of daily activities within the company.
