Do you believe the sum of the parts is greater than the whole?The IT Business Partner for ALIM is the first point of contact for all IT related topics concerning the Life Insurance Business in Malaysia. As interface between ALIM, IT and the inhouse IT Service Provider Allianz Technology the Business Partner ensures proper translation of business demand, issues, incidents and all other topics into concrete IT actions to support achieving our business targets and contribute to the growth ambition of our Company.The ALIM Business Partner has an end-to-end view on all related topics ranging from business / IT alignment, IT cost, major IT and change projects as well as BAU tasks.You'll be responsible for:

Single point of contact for all Life Insurance users in Allianz Malaysia
Approval body for IT demand and new IT deployments
Accountable and escalation body for major Life Insurance related projects
Participation in strategic discussions about continuous improvements based on user feedback and overall company strategy
Oversight of IT budget for life insurance purposes with focus on change spend.

Requirements

Bachelor or Master in IT or Life insurance or related fields
5-7 Years of experience in IT
5-7 Years of experience in Life Insurance
Proven record of accomplishment of working experience in fast developing fields
High can-do attitude positive attitud
Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for process simplification
