- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Manage and respond to company emails, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Handle paperwork, documentation, and filing tasks accurately.
- Contact clients for information verification and case follow-up.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints via email or phone, providing effective solutions.
- Conduct briefings for agents on the latest promotions and operational updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation processes.
- Prepare and deliver briefings to sales agents on the latest promotions, campaigns, and operational updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, reports, and operational updates.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as required.
