The Billing Executive is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of daily billing and e-invoicing operations, including but not limited to tasks such as NCS billing, testing, and handling billing inquiries. The role requires strong problem-solving skills to identify operational issues, analyze potential solutions, and implement the most effective resolution quickly to maintain business-as-usual operations. Make an Impact by: Process billing requests (Credit Notes / Invoices) using IMPACT (SAP) and performs billing activities as per agreed schedule. And ensure bills are dispatched or submitted to customers' portals on time. To understand/handle and invoice processing, submission and rejection, and oversee the Bill Production day-to-day operation task independently while ensuring that SLAs are met and bills are sent out timely and accurately. To verify, investigate, analyze root causes on problems/issues raised in billing and work cross-functionally with relevant parties (customer care, front end order takers, Account managers, IT, external print vendor) to resolve and rectify the billing issues. Assist UAT testing for system enhancements. Promptly prepare and dispatch reports to various stakeholders; Work closely with IT and Finance to promptly resolve all month end closing issues as per schedule and without major hiccup that could delay the financial reporting. To ensure compliance of ISO KPIs and procedures and To ensure proper housekeeping of documents for reference and audit purposes To support digital transformation by applying tools such as RPA, Power Automate, Python, Macro, etc to improve process quality and execution, increase operational efficiency with greater accuracy, as well as improve customer experience. Support and assist on the implementation of such improvement projects follow up necessary documentation of such process/procedure after implementation. Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by manager.
