Leverage data to enhance customer experiences and for delivery team to tailor solutions to meet their evolving needs.
Analyze trends, patterns, and outliers to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiencies with AI modernization
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource allocation improvements with AI.
Enhance vendor management processes, with a focus on license renewal and contract negotiations through predictive analysis.

Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science (programming eg. Sharepoint, .net and PowerApps).
Productivity and excellent communications skills

Apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations and problems using multiple sources of information

Desirable Requirements
