Please visit our website:Job DescriptionThis role will design, evaluate, and implement the company's compensation and benefits programs. This job is part of the Total Rewards function, responsible for planning, designing, evaluating, and administering employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Partner with other Total Rewards Lead and People Managers about program structure and expense. Act as a consultant to share knowledge with internal partners.
- Oversee the provider and vendor review and selection process.
- Research and evaluate compensation and benefits trends and market data.
- Recommend revisions or new plans that are cost-effective and in line with the market.
- Track the effectiveness of programs, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Guide the roll-out and maintenance of compensation and benefit plans and policies.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with company values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
- Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
- Work within broad guidelines and policies.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
