- Create and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals and company objectives
- Develop and deepen product/service knowledge and effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients
- Utilize various channels including cold calling, networking, and lead generation to identify and pursue both existing and new business opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer cutomized solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features and benefits to potential customers
- Negotitate and close sales transactions, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with sales team and cross0functional departments to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with sales management to forecast sales, monitor performance and develop strategies to meet objectives
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences or (Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent)
- Candidates with good connections with machine makers will be highly prioritized
- Experience dealing with pneumatic automation products, machine vision identification automation, camera, reader, barcode, clamping workholding automation, robotic arms and vibration isolation will be added advantage
- Fluency in multiple languages will receive preferential consideration
