Job description: Job Summary Manage and coordinate the multi-disciplinary BIM projects according to the resources, the standards and the company procedures. Key Responsibilities Manage to interpret 2D Architectural Drawings to 3D BIM Model Creating / developing Project Template & Standards for Architecture Understand and adopt BEP in the project Create and issue reports and documents for the project Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from a 3D BIM model for projects of all sizes and technical complexities Modelling Works should be efficient and manage to follow deadline Create and understand 3D Family Creation Responsible to update the drawings as and when needed Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering Competencies Required Minimum 3 years of experience in generating precast shop drawing using BIM software for building components of Malaysia projects. Knowledge in common profile of precast concrete products for building components. Knowledge in steel reinforcement detailing of precast concrete products for building components. Skills & Abilities Able to operate the BIM software. ALLPLAN and Revit software are most preferred, while Navisworks or SketchUp would be considered. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
