A reputable MNC is looking to hire a Project Manager (3PL - Warehousing Solutions) to be based at Shah Alam. The incumbent leads the successful setup and integration of logistics solutions for new client accounts. This role will spearhead all phases of project delivery - ranging from design through execution - ensuring operations are launched smoothly, efficiently and in line with stakeholder expectations.Client Integration & Setup

Lead end-to-end execution of operational launches for new accounts, ensuring readiness from planning through activation.
Tailor logistics workflows to meet unique client needs and service expectations.
Facilitate comprehensive discovery sessions with clients to capture key data, operational nuances, and compliance factors.
Draft operational blueprints and implementation guides, including SOPs and launch playbooks.

Project Delivery & Coordination

Build and manage structured rollout plans with clear goals, timelines, and resource plans.
Monitor delivery milestones, flagging risks and bottlenecks early.
Present status briefings and project dashboards to leadership and stakeholders.

Process Design & Optimization

Develop and deploy warehouse workflows tailored to operational goals and technology constraints.
Work with technical teams to configure WMS and integrate relevant systems.
Identify improvement opportunities to elevate throughput, accuracy, and compliance.
