OVERVIEW Supporting the Corporate Strategy & Performance Manager in shaping and executing the company's strategic direction. This role focuses on overseeing strategic project management (PMO), tracking and reporting key strategic initiatives, facilitating company's strategy session and conducting in-depth research and analysis. 1. Strategy PMO (Project Management Office): Coordinate and monitor strategic initiatives and projects across the organization. Ensure alignment with corporate objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Track and report project progress, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives. 2. Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Evaluate emerging business models, technologies, and innovations relevant to the industry. Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making. To consolidate business financial data. To monitor and generate business analytics. 3. Corporate Strategy Planning: Assist in the formulation, review, and execution of the corporate strategic plan. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify strategic priorities and growth opportunities. Develop presentations, reports, and recommendations for the executive team and board of directors. Provide insights and strategies for entering new markets or optimizing existing operations. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external consultants to align strategic goals. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulators, as needed.
