We Are Hiring: We are in the lookout for talents to join our Information Technology team as our Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will be a key contributor in the areas as follows: Support and maintain IT infrastructure which includes user account management, internet access, office systems, emailing systems, printing systems, phone systems and applications support. Maintain the network infrastructure by troubleshooting problems with servers, routers, switches, etc. Liaising with vendors for deployment and upgrades. Identifying, resolving and escalating system and network problems and ensuring the service commitments are met. Work with users to identify any requirement in terms of IT system and infrastructure and effort to determine possible solutions to satisfy business needs. User provision and termination. Monitor system and network security status and ensure compliance with IT security policy and standards. Work with IT HelpDesk to maintain and update record of IT inventory which includes all software licenses, servers, network equipment and etc. Oversee systems development and enhancement and the integration of new systems with existing systems. Evaluate current procedures and processes for accomplishing department objectives and continuously develop and implement improved practices. Project management skills, plan and oversee the rollout of all changes. Prepare and provide required statistical/reports for internal and external party. Provide technical advice and actively participate in technical evaluation or new initiative study for network infrastructure related project. Qualifications: Over 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years focused on IT infrastructure, particularly Windows Server. Strong foundational knowledge in networking, including IP, DNS, IP routing, and network address translation (NAT). Experience in implementing, integrating, and supporting Wintel infrastructure platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Server, Exchange, and Virtualization. Skilled in configuring, operating, maintaining, and monitoring networking equipment, servers, and storage from various manufacturers. Proficient in troubleshooting and providing technical analysis for operating system, hardware, network, and storage issues, as well as resolving application performance problems on Windows servers. Possesses relevant knowledge and experience in cloud technologies. Good problem-solving, resourcefulness, initiative, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
