Job Vacancies: Senior Manager, FCC Reporting line: Chief Compliance Officer Accountabilities: Manage compliance strategy alignment with business objectives and industry trends. Promote an ethics-based culture and provide management with relevant metrics. Assess new laws and trends for applicability and implementation. Conduct reviews of alerts from monitoring systems and handle suspicious activities. Collaborate with functions to embed regulatory requirements and facilitate control implementation. Prepare Management Information and reports for governance committees. Perform Institutional Risk Assessments and address identified gaps. Conduct internal quality assurance reviews on business processes. Provide advisory support as needed. Who you are: Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of financial services (Banking or Insurance) compliance in AML, for implementation and policy design. They should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a self-motivated and proactive attitude. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential, along with strong analytical and presentation skills.
