Job Responsibilities: Lead the creation of compelling and original digital content, including high-quality photography, videography, social media assets (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.), and audio content. Operate and utilize various camera equipment (DSLR, Mirrorless, Phone Camera, etc.) to capture professional-grade visuals and audio. Take a leading role in content direction during shoots, collaborating with external talents and third-party vendors as required. Perform comprehensive post-production, including video editing, colour grading, sound design, and graphic integration using industry-standard software. Review, refine, and update existing content for digital marketing materials and generate innovative new work for campaigns. Proactively brainstorm and contribute new content ideas, formats, and channels to enhance brand presence and audience engagement. Conduct continuous research on current content trends, industry best practices, and audience perceptions to ensure content relevance and impact. Work closely with Client Servicing and Creative Teams to understand briefs and produce digital content aligned with approved concepts and proposals. Manage personal production schedules to ensure timely delivery of all content assets, aligning with overall content calendars. Job Requirements: Relevant courses or qualification in content production, film making, or a similar field. 4+ years of proven experience in digital content production, with a strong emphasis on videography and photography. A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your production capabilities across various content types (video, photography, social media visuals). Proficiency in professional content production and editing software, including but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or other relevant tools. In-depth knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
